Hi all… just a note to say my Mk1 Golf GTI took first place in the ‘super class’ category at the Stanford Hall VW Show on Sunday May 4th.<\/p>\n

This trophy is called the Keith Keenan Super Class donated by Keith in 2010.<\/p>\n

I am delighted with this result and confirms the car’s has serious pedigree.<\/p>\n

I travelled from Ireland with my family to take part in the best of the best concours after winning in 2024.<\/div>\n

Joe Knight with his black campaign was also a runner up in the GTI Class 13 this year.<\/div>\n

Both cars were previously owned by Keith, one of the founding members of the Mk1 Golf Owners Club.<\/div>\n
