Delivery and Returns Information


When purchasing from you have three (3) shipping options at checkout:
  • Standard Post – This is the cheapest option. It will have no tracking just a receipt of postage whether booked in online or at the post office.
  • Registered Post – This will have a tracking feature (however it doesn’t work in every country) requires a signature or proof of delivery on arrival and has some insurance build in.
  • Courier – This option will use one of my courier partners like DPD, DHL, UPS or FedEx or equivalent.
Most orders are dispatched within 1/2 days, with guaranteed dispatch within 5 working days.
Please allow 7-10 days for delivery in some cases it may take longer. So please be patient.

Once the orders have left me, they are in the hands of the postal services, they are completely out of my control.
Please note when orders are shipped by standard post, they are at customer’s own risk and I would always advise, where possible, that customers choose track-able postal or courier options.
We always obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office or when your order is booked in online a receipt is generated.
For other price options please email with parts requests and your location and I will generate individual pricing for you.
We will only deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number or other contact details provided are incorrect.
Please therefore be extremely careful and vigilant when entering delivery address details on my checkout page.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of me sending it to you please contact me.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge on any goods returned.
In the very unlikely event of a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email.


Goods will only be accepted for return by prior notice and with good reason.
All goods are checked before dispatch for any defects.
Returned goods will only be accepted back in the condition they were sold and within 14 days.
Credits only extend to the purchase price of the goods and DO NOT cover any other costs i.e. post, fitting and/or removal or return carriage costs.
Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the total goods amount minus a 20% handling and restocking fee, via the original payment method, within 7 days.
We are not responsible for the postage cost to return the item to us.  We recommend all returns are sent via a tracked/signed for service as we will not be responsible for non-receipt.
